New Property Management Contracts

Brothers Property Management, Inc. is pleased to announce the signing of two new property management contracts for two properties in Boulder, Colorado.

Effective immediately we will be managing the 40-unit Attention Homes property located at 1440 Pine St owned by Attention Homes Residences, LP, an affordable housing tax credit development that was developed by Gardner Capital of St. Lousing, Missouri in 2020 as transitional housing.

Also effective immediately we will be managing the mixed-use property of Gardner Capital Affordable Development owned by Gardner Capital, also in Boulder. This property consists of eight units and some small commercial spaces.
