What are the specific services BPM offers?

 

BPM provides every property management service that your property needs including leasing, maintenance, resident retention, lease compliance, compliance, accounting and reporting.

What services are unique to BPM?

 

Few 3rd-party property management companies can boast of an in-house Director of Maintenance that allows all of our clients to receive a capital needs assessment for their properties if needed. That position is included in BPM’s staffing and has served our clients needs well over the years.

In addition, we maintain a strong Compliance Department. Your affordable housing development absolutely must stay in compliance with government funders and our Compliance Department stays on top of rules and regulations so that you don’t have to.

These services, of course, are in addition to the “normal” property management functions that we provide at a high level of service.
