BPM a Big Hit at Housing Colorado
BPM was a big it at the 2021 Annual Housing Colorado Conference held at the Beaver Run Conference Center in Breckenridge, Colorado on October 13-15. The Conference is the premier annual gathering of professionals in the affordable housing industry.
Not only did BPM have a presence in our attendance but we also were an exhibitor in the Exhibition Hall. Housing Colorado members found our exhibit fun and interactive and potentially financially rewarding because we gave away both a Nintendo Switch gaming system as well as a $100 Amazon gift card to two lucky recipients from among the dozens who played “Take a Spin” with BPM. And everyone who visited our booth got to take a stress-reducing fidget spinner with them!
In addition, BPM Managing Broker Paul Malinowski was a speaker at Thursday’s breakout workshop on hot legal topics in the property management industry.
