Jeffrey Martinez, President

Since 2012, Jeff Martinez has acted as the President of Brothers Redevelopment, Inc.  A Denver-area native, Mr. Martinez provides general oversight for the agency’s client-centered programs, including Home Maintenance and Repair, Housing Counseling and the Colorado Foreclosure Hotline.  Prior to becoming President, Mr. Martinez served as Vice President of Programs and Public Affairs with the organization.

 

Prior to joining the staff at Brothers, Mr. Martinez had a successful career guiding public affairs programs & strategies for the City of Aurora, Solis Advertising & Public Relations, Kaiser Permanente, Metropolitan State College of Denver and the Denver Regional Council of Governments. 

 

A 1995 graduate of Metropolitan State College of Denver, Jeff Martinez has donated his time to assist several prominent community and nonprofit organizations. In 2003, Mr. Martinez was recognized for special distinction by the city of Aurora for his efforts to promote the historic East Colfax Avenue commercial corridor, he was named as one of the Denver Business Journal’s “”40 Under 40.”

 

Tiffani Thomas, CPM, Director of Property Management

Tiffani has spent her entire property management career in affordable housing. Starting as a hands-on Site Manager, Tiffani has risen to a Regional Manager with both Pillar Property Services, LLC and Silva Markham Partners and then to Director of Property Management with BPM. Tiffani is dedicated to her profession and an excellent communicator with her 3rd-party clients. Her goal is always to ensure client satisfaction at its highest level. Tiffani is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

Lori Mora, Director of Finance

Lori has also spent her entire 20-year property management career in affordable housing, serving as Accountant for Pillar Property Services, LLC as well as the Longmont Housing Authority. She is meticulous in her bookkeeping and understands the complexities that affordable housing brings. Her goal is always to provide accurate and timely reports to our clients.

 

Paul Malinowski, Managing Broker (3rd-Party, non-BRI-Owned Communities Only)

Paul has over 40 years’ experience in affordable housing property management. He serves as BPM’s Managing Real Estate Broker to ensure that the complex laws and regulations of the State of Colorado regarding property management trust accounts are followed for third-party properties that are not owned by BRI. Paul is a Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

 

Jose Rodriguez, Director of Maintenance

Jose serves as the Director of Maintenance for all BPM-managed properties. Jose’s goal is to preserve the asset of our clients through efficient maintenance systems.

 

Jennifer Mattock, Compliance Director

Jennifer has extensive experience in affordable housing. She previously served as a Community Manger with Pillar Property Services, LLC and BPM and is now BPM’s Director of Compliance. Jennifer’s goal is to ensure that our clients are never out of compliance with any funding or regulatory agency.

 

Miles Gonzalez, Area Manager

Miles is a visionary Real Estate Professional recognized for having strong marketing skills and exceptional leasing and management abilities. He has the ability to transform inefficient properties into profitable assets through understanding renovations and effective marketing efforts.
