The goal of BPM has been to provide a high level of quality comprehensive property management services since it started in 1987. Initially, BPM only provided those services to properties owned by its parent organization but over the years that has changed to include third-party properties owned by other organizations.
BPM was formed in Denver, Colorado in 1987 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Brothers Redevelopment, Inc (BRI). BRI is a non-profit organization started in 1971 that has grown exponentially since then and currently provides an array of housing programs including affordable multifamily housing communities, housing counseling, home modifications for people with disabilities and the elderly, rental assistance, resident services and its longest-running program, the Paint-a-Thon. Since the properties of BRI have historically performed very well financially with satisfied residents, we decided a few years ago to bring that same expertise to any owner of affordable multifamily housing in Colorado who is looking for that same high level of quality in comprehensive property management services. We have hired key members of our Executive Team with extensive experience in third-party property management because we understand that property management for others requires a totally different mindset than self-managing your own properties. That mindset means we strive to always be accurate, detailed, thorough, and to communicate constantly with our clients.
